Delete account or data

Use this form to request deletion of your ParkDossier account and the related data. Your account was created by the park where you are an owner, staff member or adviser. The park reviews the request and handles it within one month.

The park is legally required to keep some data for longer, such as purchase agreements and invoices (a seven-year tax retention obligation). These are deleted once that period has ended. You will receive a confirmation of what has been deleted.

Do you have the app? Then you can also submit the request via Profile → Request account deletion.
